All beach towels are shipped via USPS unless otherwise indicated, International customers please contact us for a shipping quote. All orders are shipped on working business days only MON-FRI except on holidays.

RETURNS:

• If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us, we ALWAYS answer. We will do our best to meet OUR customers' satisfaction.
• Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or not working properly. You have 14 calendar days to report any problem.
• Buyers pay for return shipping cost, except for defective items.
• 20% restocking fee will apply to all new items that have been returned (except defective).
• Do NOT return the item before contacting us. Any return HAS to include a Return Authorization Number provided by us.
• Item must be returned within 5 days after RMA instructions had been provided. After the item is received back we will process your refund within 3 working days.
